Eng. Gervas holds MBA (Corporate Management) and BSc. (Eng) in Electrical engineering. He has over twenty-five-year experience in the electrical engineering field in which design, specifications and supervision of power distribution systems, lighting schemes, fire alarm and detection systems, security systems and structured cabling has been undertaken in over 300 projects of varying natures and magnitudes. He has also vast experience in power generation and distribution, industrial, commercial and domestic automation, load assessment, power quality assessment and evaluation and project management. He is registered consulting electrical engineer with Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania and a member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Tanzania (ACET), Institution of Engineers Tanzania (IET), Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Eng. Gervas is the head of electrical department and the Managing Director of the company.

Eng. Elvis Ngowi

ERB Registered Professional Engineer

Eng. Ngowi holds BSc. (Eng) in mechanical engineering. He has over twenty-three-year experience in designing, specifying and supervising air conditioning, plumbing and drainage, firefighting, lifts and escalators systemsin more than 300 projects of varying magnitudes and natures. He has vast experience in different air conditioning systems and modern plumbing system and project management. He is registered consulting mechanical engineer with Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania and a member of the Institution of Engineers Tanzania (IET). Eng. Ngowi is the head of mechanical department and Director of the company. .

Eng. Cathbert Akaro,

Director

Eng. Akaro is currently the Director of the company and heads the civil/structural department. He graduated from University of Dar es salaam in 2002 with Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and in 2006 Eng. Akaro graduated from Florida State University with Master of Science in Civil Engineering. He is registered civilconsulting engineer in United Republic of Tanzaniaas well as a registered Member of Professional Engineers and Surveyors from State of Ohio, United States of America. Eng. Akaro has more than 23 years of experience in the design and construction supervision/contract administration for Building and bridges. Also engineer Akaro has worked as structural engineer in design and construction supervision in heavy industrial projects ranging from cement plants and oil and gas project for more than three years prior worked in United Republic of Tanzania.
